We’re the perfect mid-way point between neighborhood computer shop and enterprise IT, experienced enough to solve any IT crisis, yet still small enough to care about your specific needs. No contracts, no monthly fees – just straightforward hourly rates and a 30-day warranty on all work.

Robert Cedar founded Geeks On Command in 2009, bringing over 15 years of enterprise experience from Microsoft and Amazon, along with elite certifications including CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Azure, and Apple ACSP.

His passion for technology, customer service, and community outreach shapes the way we do business—focusing on honesty, transparency, and solutions that truly help, while providing expert support with a personal touch—without the frustration of big-box tech support.

We’re proud to support our local communities through youth sports sponsorships and tech education initiatives. Our founder even established the Remote Support Accreditation Group (RSAG) to protect consumers from online scams and connect them with trusted tech support providers.

Pricing:

– $125/hour (current promotion: $99/hour).
– On-Site Visits: Add $99 travel fee.
– After First Hour: Billed in 15-minute increments.

We don’t sell parts or computers. If needed, we’ll help you find the best options at zero markup, with receipts from the original seller. You only pay for labor.

Computer Repair Warranty: 30-Day Labor

If the same issue returns within 30 days, we’ll fix it at no extra charge.
