  • 30 days of coverage from the original service date
  • If your computer experiences the same symptoms as it did prior to our service, we’ll resolve the problem at no further cost to you*
  • If we cannot provide a reasonable solution to your problem, we’ll provide a full refund for all labor charges**

*Warranty services will be performed remotely when possible, regardless of the original service type.

**In cases where the technician determines that replacement is more prudent than continued support, this determination is considered a reasonable solution.

Additional Parts or Software

If new parts or software are required to complete your warranty service, you’ll be billed only for these items – all labor is covered under warranty.

Warranty Limitations

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Hardware issues caused by incompatible or inadequately-specced components
  • Peripheral device problems not addressed in original service (printers, webcams, speakers, etc.)
  • Problems caused by out-dated, unlicensed or illegally-procured software
  • Issues resulting from disregarding our technical guidance or undoing our system fixes
  • System changes made by third parties (including other users, technicians, or IT departments)
  • Malware re-infection after initial virus removal
  • Problems unrelated to the original service
  • Issues not reported during the original service
  • Data Recovery Services (covered under a separate guarantee)
